Cooking Vlog - Chicken Macaroni


While making this cooking vlog, it felt like I came back to experience something that I haven’t done in a while, which in this case, was cooking. I am not really familiar with the kitchen and I might need guidance when doing some things in the kitchen. Though the feeling was great, I got to cook my own food and taste my skills when the food is done. Doing this can help me improve my cooking skills and knowledge in the kitchen, like how much sugar or salt I should put in to make the food delicious. I’ve also learned how to cut the vegetables into beautiful pieces, though some obstacles I faced was when I cut the onions, my eyes got watery and started to hurt, so I had to stop recording to go and wash my face until I felt that my eyes were fine again. I also hurt myself when I put all the ingredients that I’ve cut into the pan because the oil started to react to the onion and splatter everywhere, which hurt. Then another time when I poured the eggs into the pan with the oil, I poured it too fast and the oil flung to my hands, which also hurt a lot more. But because of all the hardships I faced, it made me feel like I can endure the oil splashing more now the next time that I cook.
